Proofreading by a native Russian speaker

Do you have to resort to service of proof-reading by a native Russian speaker? The answer to this question is ambiguous. All depends on the quality of the expected text. If it is the front page of a serious international corporation or a vital advertizing presentation, the answer is "yes", the text has to be carefully checked by a native speaker. If you have a technical text or other specialized material, there is no vital necessity in proof-reading.

The grammar of Russian language is very difficult to learn, because of the great number of prefixes, suffixes, endings, and vowel alternations.
